This course is targeted to the specific training needs of the client, rather than attempting to cover a broader range of training issues and approaches that a professional trainer may or may not need in different training environments. It therefore assumes that the student already has the technical expertise required to train in their area of expertise, and needs to develop the planning, training and communication skills that would make their training stimulating, enjoyable and therefore productive for the learners. It is targeted at professionals who need to design structure and then present training in their own specialist area.
The main thrust of the training is focussed on developing the speaking and presentation skills, people skills and confidence to lead an excellent training session or workshop.
WHO WILL BENEFIT
This train the trainer unit is a specific targeted qualification. It is designed for companies or individuals who need to train others in their own specialised skills to be potential Trainers. This course is desinged as a hands on with quite a lot of practical work throughout the two days.
ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION
All delegates after being assessed and successfully completing the course will be awarded certificate.
