DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe reason why this course is important is that it will ens
 ure that Managers or Senior Administrators understand their responsibiliti
 es for Health and Safety as an intergral part of their management role wit
 hin the Clinics or Hospitals.  They are able to recognise a sound health 
 and safety management system\, including effective risk manageemnt and inf
 ection control.  They are able to recognise the key risk in the HealthCar
 e sector and understand the precautions to be taken to protect the patenet
 s from dangers.\n\nThe main objective of the course is that delegates will
  be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the legal framework of he
 alth and safety under which they will operate.  They should be able to in
 tegrate health and safety management systems into the overall management s
 trategy of the organisation.  Be able to anticipate and recognise risk to
  health and safety and have the skills to address those risks nad take all
  reasonable steps to avoid an outbreak of infections.\n\nWHO WILL BENEFIT\
