Conference Facilities
CMS Training Centre offers all types of business meetings and conference facilities at very competitive rates.
It is located in the heart of Limassol close to shops and a stone’s throw away from the sea.
It is designed to help companies run their conferences and / or meetings in an environment which is a dedicated business environment with no interruptions from hotel guests.
- It has 3 Contemporary Conference / meeting room facilities, with natural daylight and individually controlled air-conditioning units.
- The Italy, Holland and Spain Conference rooms hold between 50 to 90 people and accommodate any type of seating arrangement to suit your business requirements, with our without desks.
- All conference rooms have data and overhead projectors, flipcharts, projector screens, conference furniture.
- An excellent spacious separate TV/Dinning room for tea, coffee, lunch, which can be arranged in accordance to your needs.
- Wireless internet and black and white or colour copy facilities.

There are various different meeting spaces available for a variety of uses – from interviews, presentations to meetings and events, day or evening.
Our rates are calculated as below per day:
€20.00 + VAT per person, minimum 10 people = €200.00 + VAT
The room hire includes all conference room equipment, and stationery. (E.g. pens, writing paper, flip chart paper, markers, water and sweets, 1 welcome coffee and 1 coffee break with savouries and biscuits).
€31.50 + VAT per person, minimum 10 people = €315.00 + VAT
All the above plus lunch from a reputable local restaurant chain.
Extra Coffee break €5.00 + VAT per person
