COURSE AIMThis course is designed to enable attendees to provide basic workplace instruction on the tasks and activities that are undertaken in their working area, as well as providing them with knowledge of all the associated Health & Safety Legislation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

On completion of this course attendees will be able to: state the main requirements of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, identify the Key risk areas associated with the Manual Handling activities within their areas, undertake basic instruction in manual handling activities and kinetic handling techniques within their own areas.
