This course will be run in English, and Greek version can be organised at a later date.The main purpose of the course is to provide useful and updated information related to the effective implementation of the main provisions of Cyprus employment law.
At the end of the seminar participants will enforce their knowledge and understanding with regard to the main topics of the employment law in Cyprus such as, the Employment relation, the Fixed-term and indifinite duration contracts, the law governing the non EU citizens employment, the termination of employment with focus on redundancies, the equality at the workplace and the latest developments of labour law and social insurance system.
