Many Managers experience levels of work-related stress, feel unable to cope with their work, struggle to achieve targets and expereince its adverse efforts in their enjoyment of life.  In this difficult economy, you may find it harder than ever to cope with challengies on the job.  Both the stress we take with us when we go to work and the stress that awaits us on the job are on the rise – and employers, managers, and workers all feel the added pressure.  While some stress is a normal part of life, excessive stress interferes with your productivity and reduces your physical and emotional health, so it’s important to find ways to keep it under control.  Fortunately, there is a lot that you can do to manage and reduce stress at work.

This course is designed to give Managers the answers, with background information about stress, plus some practical suggestions on diet, relaxation and lifestyle changes.

The course is ideal for General Managers.

Defining the challenge of stress to you and your organisation

How to address woriplace stress using the following 6 points –

Demands – Control – Support – Relationship – Role and Change

Wellbeing at work

Techniques to reduce your stress and the stress of those around you.

The course will be conducted in English and at the end of the course all delegates will receive a certificate from the Stress Management Society.
