A step-by-step guidance will be given on planning and performing an audit, reporting back on the findings, identifying the follow-up actions required and conducting opening and closing meetings.
The first day of the course is conducted in the classroom and the second day of the audit is carried out on a live audit with the company’s own procedures. This course is based around a live audit situation.

ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATION
Successful delegates will receive a certificate with a note added to confirm that the course was approved by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority. Course at present not funded by HRDA.
COURSE DURATION, DAYS, HRS
Two-day course, beginning at 8:30 am on day 1 and finishing at 4:00 pm on day 2. Total tuition time 14 hours (not including half an hour test) Resource Development Authority, throughout the duration of the training program.
